ASSEMBLAGE
Mademoiselle Camélia is an « assemblage » of three grape varietals :
Pinot Meunier 80%, Pinot Noir 15% and Chardonnay 5%
ELABORATION
Each bottle of La Comtesse A. is aged in the cellar for at least three years.
Mademoiselle Camélia is made with 80% of the wines from the harvest year and
20% of reserve wines aged in tuns
Vinification is done in stainless steel vats and casks

Notes of fresh and ripe fruits, apricots and mirabelles, supported by buttery notes and vanilla
MOUTH
Palate combining abundant aromas of ripe fruit (peach and apricot) and dried fruits (hazelnut).

This very balanced Cuvee can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a meal
